Want more media exposure for your brand pre-, during and post show? Download the Outdoor Retailer PR/Marketing Tool Kit. Below are key deadlines to keep in mind, but make sure to download and read the complete PR Tool Kit for details.

□ Obtain list of pre-registered media from Maura Lansford (mlansford@soarcomm.com /801.523.3730). The list will be available Monday, Dec. 1

□ Send feature news pitches for the OR Show Dailies to Megan Tompkins at mtompkins@orshowdailies.com by Friday, Dec. 5

□ Provide the OR Show Daily with your "Product Picks" features submission to Doug Schnitzspahn at dougs@orshowdailies.com by Friday, Dec. 5. Submissions should include a 100-word product description and must include a high-res photo (300 dpi, JPEG).

□ Provide the OR Show Daily with your trade show event info (press conferences, celebrity appearances, autograph signings, prize drawings, contests, giveaways, happy hours, etc,) by Monday, Dec. 22 to Nicole Formosa at nformosa@orshowdailies.com and to Maura Lansford at mlansford@soarcomm.com.

□ Develop electronic and hard copy press kits. Upload deadline is Wednesday, Jan. 14 (For format and upload instructions, please email Maura Lansford at mlansford@soarcomm.com).
